Restricted Services Booking

Restricted Services is a security feature that allows you to restrict access to specific services, ensuring that only authorized clients can view and book them. This feature helps protect your staff’s schedules from public view and allows you to control access to premium or specialized services.

How It Works

Service Level: Enable Restricted Services for specific services in the Service Details.
Client Level: Grant access to individual clients by approving them in the Clients section.
Booking Process: When a customer attempts to book a restricted service, they must verify their email.

Common Use Case

Therapists, consultants, and coaches often use this feature strategically:

  1. Create a public “Initial Consultation” service that anyone can book.
  2. Mark your premium or specialized services as restricted.
  3. After the first consultation, approve the client in the Clients section.
  4. The client can now see and book your restricted services without additional authorization.

Setting Up Restricted Services

For Services

  1. Navigate to ‘Services’ and select the service you want to restrict.
  2. In the Service Details, find the ‘Restricted Services’ toggle.
  3. Enable the toggle to restrict the service to authorized clients only.
  4. Save – service is now restricted from public access.

For Clients

  1. Go to ‘Clients’ and view the clients list
  2. Click the lock icon next to a client’s name to approve them for restricted services
  3. The client can now see and book your restricted services
  4. Click the lock icon again to remove approval if needed

Booking Process for Restricted Services

When a customer attempts to book a restricted service:

  1. A verification popup will appear.
  2. The customer must enter their email address to verify access.
  3. The system verifies if the client has approval for restricted services.
  4. If verified, the customer can proceed with the booking.
