When clients book online, they can either select their preferred staff member or choose “Any Provider” to automatically be assigned to the staff member with the most availability.

Staff can set their working hours and schedule time off directly in the system, ensuring clients can only book when staff are truly available.

Admin users can access all staff member calendars, providing complete visibility across your entire team. For efficient schedule management, the Daily view calendar organizes multiple providers’ schedules in a clear side-by-side format, with each staff member assigned their own column.
