By default, online booking pages show all available time slots, which means anyone can see your team’s schedule without booking. Restricted services protects provider privacy by hiding specific services from public view, ensuring that only approved clients can see and book those time slots.

This is helpful for protecting your staff’s schedules from being exposed to the public. Without restricted services, competitors or unauthorized visitors could analyze your providers’ schedules, availability patterns, and capacity simply by browsing your booking page. Restricted services prevents this by hiding designated services until a client verifies they’re approved.

Restricted services creates a controlled access system where only clients you’ve specifically approved can view and book designated services. When unauthorized users attempt to book a restricted service, they encounter a verification screen requiring them to enter their email. The system checks this against your approved client list and only allows the booking to proceed if they’re authorized.

Setting up restricted services is straightforward. First, enable the “Restricted Services” toggle for specific services in your service settings to hide them from public view. Then, grant access to individual clients by clicking the lock icon in their client profiles. This flexible approach allows you to manage access on both service and client levels.

For existing clients, you can easily grant restricted services access by navigating to the Clients section. Each client row includes a lock icon on the right side – simply tap this lock icon to toggle access to restricted services for that specific client.
