Configure your business’s default operating hours and specify any time-offs to accurately reflect your availability for online bookings.
Business Hours
Business hours determine your default availability for appointments. These hours are used as the default for staff members who do not have specific hours set in their profiles.
- Setting Business Hours: Navigate to the ‘Business Hours’ page from the main menu, you can define the start and end times for each day you’re open. Select the days of the week to apply these hours.
- Adding Business Hours: To add a new set of business hours, click the “Add Business Hours” button. This is useful for businesses with multiple operating hours in a day.
- Removing Business Hours: If you need to remove a set of business hours, simply click the trash icon next to the relevant entry.
Time Off
Time offs indicate specific dates and times when your business will be unavailable for bookings, such as holidays or special events.
- Setting Time Off: In the Time Off section, you can add periods when your business is closed. Specify the start and end times for these periods.
- Adding Time Off: Click the “Add Time Off” button to create a new time-off entry. This will block off the specified period from your online booking availability.
- Removing Time Off: To remove a time-off period, click the trash icon for the entry you wish to delete.
Updating Your Settings
After adjusting your business hours and time-offs, click the “Update” button to save your changes. These settings will immediately impact your online booking availability, ensuring that clients can only book appointments during your available hours.
