Booking Page Settings
This guide helps you customize your booking page effectively. Navigate to “Booking Page Settings” from the main menu to access these options.
Booking Page Handle
The Booking Page Handle is a unique identifier for your online booking URL. It appears in your URL format: https://your-handle.2booknow.com.
- Enter a handle that’s easy to remember and represents your business
- Only letters, numbers, underscores, and hyphens are allowed
- Changing your handle will change your booking URL, requiring you to redistribute the new URL or QR code
Business Logo
Upload a visual representation of your business to enhance your booking page branding.
- Click “Upload” to select and add a JPEG or PNG image (max 4MB)
- Click “Remove” to delete the current logo
- Your logo will appear on your booking page
Welcome Message (Optional)
Add a welcome message or instructions that will appear at the top of your booking page.
- Enter text that introduces your business or provides important information
- For service-specific terms, you can specify in service details rather than here.
About Business
Provide a description of your business that will appear on your booking page.
- Write a concise and engaging description highlighting unique aspects of your business
- This information appears in the About section of your booking page
Show Business Address
Control whether your business address is displayed on your booking page.
- Toggle this option on to display your address on a map on your booking page
- Toggle off to hide your address
Verify Client’s Email Address
Add an extra layer of security to your booking process.
- When enabled, clients must verify their email address before completing a booking
- Helps prevent spam and unauthorized bookings
Theme Color
Customize the appearance of your booking page with colors that match your brand.
- Click “Select Color” to open the color picker
- Choose a primary theme color for your booking page
- Select between Light Theme or Dark Theme to set the background style
Custom Wordings
Adjust default terminology on your booking page to match your business’s specific needs.
- Toggle “Custom Wordings” to enable this feature
- When enabled, you’ll see a list of default terms with fields to enter your custom alternatives
- For example, change “provider” to “stylist” or “customer” to “patient”
- If disabled, all terms will revert to their default values
Saving Your Changes
After making your desired changes:
- Click “Update” to save your changes
- Click “Back” to return to the previous screen without saving
