Payment Settings

We have partnered with Stripe, a leading and trusted payment gateway, to enable seamless online payment processing. Manage your payment settings and connect your Stripe account to receive payments directly from your booking page. If you have configured any of your services to require a deposit or full payment upon booking, you need to connect to Stripe to process these payments effectively.

Connecting to Stripe

If you haven’t connected to Stripe yet, follow these steps to enable payment processing for your bookings:

  1. Navigate to the “Payment Settings” from the main menu.
  2. Click the “Connect to Stripe” button.
  3. You will be redirected to Stripe to complete the account setup or login process.
  4. Once connected, you will be able to accept payments directly from your booking page.

Managing Payment Settings

After connecting to Stripe, you can customize your payment settings:

  1. Currency: Select the currency for processing online payments. This should match the primary currency of your business operations.
  2. Stripe Payment Confirmation Email: Enable this option to send a payment confirmation email from Stripe to your clients upon receiving payment. This provides them with a transaction summary.
  3. Enable Tax/Fee: Apply a fixed-rate tax or fee to bookings. Specify the tax label (e.g., Tax, or Handling Fee) and the rate (%).

Disconnecting from Stripe

If you wish to disconnect your Stripe account:

  1. Click the “Disconnect from Stripe” button.
  2. Confirm your decision in the popup alert. Note: Disconnecting will disable payment processing through Stripe for your bookings.
