Account

This guide provides detailed instructions on how to manage your account, including subscription management and data exports.

Managing Your Subscription Plan

Follow these steps to view your current plan, upgrade your subscription, or manage billing details:

Web App

  1. Access the Account section from the main menu.
  2. Your current plan is displayed. To upgrade or manage your plan, click on the “Upgrade” or “Manage Billing” button accordingly.
  3. You will be directed to the available plans or the client portal for billing management based on your selection.

Mobile App (Android & iOS)

  1. Within the Account section, your subscription plan details reflect the terms based on the app store (Google Play for Android, App Store for iOS).
  2. To manage your subscription, including upgrades or downgrades, use the provided links to navigate directly to the subscription management section of your respective app store.
  3. App store policies and options will guide you through managing your subscription, including cancellations, renewals, and billing inquiries.

Note: Subscription management options and availability may vary based on the app store and your device.

Exporting Data

You can export your booking and client data directly from your account. Here’s how:

  1. Navigate to the Data Management section within the Account page.
  2. Select either “Export Booking Data” or “Export Client Details” based on your needs.
  3. A confirmation prompt will appear. Confirm to proceed with the export.
  4. The data will be prepared and downloaded to your device in CSV format.

Note: Data export options are available only to administrators and may take a few moments to process.

Logging Out

To securely log out of your account, simply:

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the Account page.
  2. Click on the “Log Out” button.
  3. A confirmation alert will appear. Confirm to log out.

Account Closure

If you need to close your account:

  1. At the bottom of the Account page, click on the “Account Closure” option.
  2. You will be redirected to a page where you can initiate the closure process.
