Calendar (Daily View)

This guide will help you navigate and utilize the calendar effectively to manage your bookings.

Navigating the Calendar

  • Changing Dates: Use the arrow buttons next to the date at the top of the calendar to move to the
    previous or next day. You can also select a specific date by clicking on the date itself and choosing from the
    calendar popup.
  • Today’s Button: Clicking the “Today” button will quickly bring you back to the current day’s view.
  • Swipe to Navigate: On mobile devices, you can swipe left or right to navigate through days.

Scheduling Appointments

  • Viewing Appointments: Appointments are displayed as colored blocks within the calendar, showing
    the start time, end time, and brief details. The color represents the staff member assigned or the type of
    appointment.
  • Adding Bookings: Add new bookings by clicking the “+” icon located at the bottom-right corner.

Interacting with Bookings:

  • Click on a service appointment to open its booking details for viewing or editing.
  • For class/tour bookings, click on a session to view a list of all booked attendees and their details. This
    facilitates easy management of group bookings.

Managing Staff and Work Hours

  • Selecting Staff: Click on the staff name at the top of the calendar to filter the view by
    specific staff members. You can select multiple staff members to view their schedules side by side.
  • Viewing Work Hours and Time Offs: Work hours are marked as available time slots, while time offs
    are blocked out, indicating the staff member is not available for appointments.

Switching Calendar Views

In addition to the daily view, you have the flexibility to switch to a 3-day, weekly or monthly view for a more detailed look at your schedule. These view options offer greater control over how you visualize your time, enabling you to plan and manage your schedule efficiently.
