Messages

The message log lets you to review and monitor all automated communications sent to clients. This includes details on booking confirmations, reminders, cancellations, and other notifications. Stay aware of SMS usage as your subscription plan includes limits on SMS messaging.

Accessing Your Message Log

  • From the main menu, open the “Messages” page to view a list of all sent messages.
  • Utilize the search functionality to filter messages by client name or their phone number.

Detailed Message Review

  • Select any message from the list to access the “Message Detail” page.
  • Here, you will find comprehensive details about the message, including the type, delivery method, recipient, and the message’s full content.

Customizing Communications with Message Templates

  • Automated messages are generated based on predefined “Message Templates” for various events like bookings, rescheduling, or cancellations.
  • You can customize these templates to align with your business’s tone and style, ensuring that all communications reflect your brand accurately.
  • Modifications to a template will apply to all future messages of that type, letting you to update and refine your messaging.
