Online Booking Process

The online booking process is designed to be straightforward and fast. Clients can complete a booking in just a few clicks, with only the essential information required for their service type. The exact steps they encounter depend on your business type (appointments, classes, or tours) and your configuration.

Step 1: Service Selection

Browse available services. Clients can see service name, duration, and pricing (optional). If a service has multiple staff members assigned, clients can select their preferred provider. For appointment-based services, the booking experience depends on your configuration:

  • Multi-Service Enabled: If you’ve enabled the Multi-Service toggle for your services, clients can add multiple services to a cart. They can continue selecting services or proceed to checkout when ready.
  • Single-Service Only: If you haven’t enabled Multi-Service bookings, clients select one service and proceed directly to the next step.

Step 2: Date and Time Selection

Select preferred date and time based on availability. For classes and tours, clients choose which session they want to attend. For appointments, they select from available time slots offered by your staff.

Step 3: Client’s Contact Information

Clients enter their name, email and phone number. For group bookings (classes and tours), add names for additional guests attending together.

Step 4: Custom Form

If you’ve enabled a custom form, clients answer your intake questions and provide any special requests or preferences. This helps you understand their needs before the appointment.

Step 5: Review and Payment

Review service notes (important instructions from you) or service terms. Complete payment (optional) via Stripe to confirm the booking.

Step 6: Confirmation

Clients receive a booking confirmation email with all details. For classes and tours, a QR code can be included in the email for fast check-in. Automated reminders are scheduled to keep clients informed leading up to their booking.
