User Guide for Reports & Insights

In the ‘Reports & Insights’, you can access detailed analytics and reports about various aspects of your business. Here, you will find a list of available reports:

  • Booking Summary Report
  • Booking Payments Report
  • Service Performance Report
  • Employee Performance Report
  • Discount Code Usage Report

Selecting any of these options will take you to a detailed view of the chosen report.

Viewing Report Details

Upon selecting a report, you will be directed to the Report Details page, which presents the report’s data and provides option for exporting the report.

Report Period Selection

  1. Start Date: Set the beginning of the period for which you want to view the report. Click on the date picker to select a start date.
  2. End Date: Set the end of the report period. Use the date picker to choose an end date.

Viewing the Report

Click on the View Report button to fetch the report data for the selected period. If you wish to refresh the report with new dates, simply adjust the start and end dates and click the button again.

Exporting the Report

Once the report is visible, an Export Report button lets you to download the data as a CSV file for offline analysis or record-keeping. Clicking this button will prompt a confirmation. Upon confirming, the system will prepare and download the report.

Navigating Report Data

  • Drill-Down Capability: For more detailed analysis, you can click on specific rows within the report to view more granular data. This drill-down feature is especially useful for understanding specific aspects or transactions in depth.
  • Back to Summary: If you have used the drill-down feature, a “Back” button lets you to return to the main summary of the report.

Closing the Report

To exit the report details and return to the list of all reports, use the “Back” button at any time.

Booking Insights and Trends

The ‘Booking Insights and Trends’ report is designed to offer you a comprehensive analysis of your booking data, unveiling key patterns and growth metrics. This report goes beyond basic booking summaries to provide a deeper understanding of your business’s operational effectiveness, customer behaviors, and service performance over time.
