Services

This guide provides instructions on how to manage your services in the booking system, including adding new services, cloning existing ones, reordering them, and more.

Viewing Your Services

All your services are listed on the Services page. You can view details, including service names and whether they are active or deleted. Group titles help categorize services for easier management.

Adding a New Service

  1. Navigate to the “Services” page from the main menu.
  2. Click the ‘+’ button located at the bottom of the Services page.
  3. Select the type of service you want to add:
    Appointment Booking: For services provided by one or multiple staff
    Class Booking: For services with sessions and capacity limit
    Tour Booking: For services with sessions and guest types
    Group Title: For categorization purposes

Service Types and Their Features

  • Standard Services: Can have multiple providers, optional video meetings, and restricted booking options. Support multi-service cart booking. Suitable for one-on-one appointments.
  • Classes: Include features like session scheduling, maximum capacity settings, attendance tracking, and check-in management. Participants’ names can be recorded for each session.
  • Tours: Similar to classes but with specialized guest type management. Instead of individual participant names, tours track the number of guests by type (e.g., Adult, Child, Senior) with different pricing for each category. Includes QR code check-in capability.

Cloning an Existing Service

Cloning lets you to create a new service based on an existing one. To clone a service, select ‘Clone a Service’ from the modal that appears after clicking the ‘+’ button, then choose the service you wish to clone.

Change the Display Order of Services

  1. Press and hold the reorder icon next to the service you want to move.
  2. Drag the service to its new position and release.
  3. The new order is automatically saved and reflected on the booking page.

Using Group Titles for Categorization

Group titles let you to organize services into categories without assigning a specific category to each service. Add a group title as you would add a service, and position it above the related services by dragging and dropping.

Direct Links for Service Booking

Direct links provide a URL that takes the client directly to the booking page with the service pre-selected, ideal for integration on your website. To copy a direct link, click the link icon next to the service name. You can then paste this link into your website, for example, on a ‘Book Now’ button.

Additional Notes

  • Ensure you choose the correct service type before adding details to avoid confusion – each type has specific features designed for its purpose.
  • Use group titles to make your services list more navigable for clients.
  • If a service is accidentally deleted, you can view and recover deleted services by toggling the ‘Show deleted services’ option.
  • For tours, you’ll need to set up guest types and their respective prices rather than a single service price.
